“Very proud to manage our U13 Sussex Sunday Youth League side.  Supported by Tony Silsby, together we have created an environment to challenge the team and individuals to accelerate their learnings.  The league we play in is very competitive with close games every week, we use the aim of winning as a key motivator in challenging individuals to rise above the pressure and perform at a high level consistently.  The team is full of character who try extremely hard,  they are also very open to capturing learnings on a weekly basis to improve as people and football players.

Looking forward to supporting them on their journey as they go up through the age groups and continue to contribute to their development on and off the pitch “
